GoMassive is looking to hire Engineering / Economics / Finance Graduates from top colleges with 2-3 years’ experience in Investment Banking / Fundraising and aiming to get into climate tech investment sector.

Founded in 2017, GoMassive Earth Network (www.gomassive.in) is working towards building a global climate innovation network uniting founders, investors, corporate, government bodies, and policymakers through symbiotic partnerships.

By identifying strategies and core sectors that significantly impact climate change, GoMassive accentuates technological innovation by curating cutting-edge startups, running innovation programs, and funding game changers.

GoMassive wishes to hire an Investment Banking Analyst to join its Gurgaon Office.

The Role

The role involves working with climate tech startups to help them raise funds from climate-tech investors and preparing in-depth sector research reports and investment memos. You will be part of the Investment Team and support the Deal Team to close transactions.

You will establish and maintain strong relationships with VCs, Family Offices and angel funds in India/abroad with a focus on climate tech sector.

You will take charge of deals post-origination by the buy-side team. This includes business selection, IM (Information Memorandum) preparation, structuring pitches, obtaining term sheets, and closing deals.

You will build a strong knowledge base on sector trends, opportunities, industry views, comparative deal analysis, etc.

To join our team, you should be:

• Graduate from Tier-1 college (Engineering / Economics / BBA / CFA) with 2-3 (max) years of similar experience.
• Comfortable making cold calls and reaching out to top thought leaders on social media.
• Passionate about startups, VC investments, and climate change.

P.S. You must have worked in a boutique investment banking or research firm.
